The old saying, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” could easily be applied to Jackson’s Model 10 Series of door-type dishwashers, as this line has been produced for more than 80 years. Their Model 10A 45 Rack/Hr High-Temp Door-Type Dishwasher features an exclusive counter-rotating wash arm design to provide superior wash action. Its standard features include an external vacuum breaker, electric wash tank heat with low-water protections and an incoming pressure regulator. It is capable of producing 45 racks of sparkling dishes per hour while using just 1.29 gallons of water per rack. This highly-dependable dishwasher is also low-maintenance, making it the perfect machine for mid-sized restaurants.
