Plates will easily break if not properly secured and, since they are commonly very heavy, they can weigh down shelves and tables and cause them to collapse in transport. The Polymer “Poker Chip” Adjustable Dish Dolly (PCD11A) includes 4 dividers that can be moved around a track to make space for various plate sizes. The round inserts are padded on all sides with lightweight polymer to prevent chipping and cracking of plates and cut down on noise during transport. Plus, the polymer is coated with Microban® to inhibit the growth of bacteria, mold and mildew since dish dollies are rarely washed thoroughly. For added sanitation, a translucent vinyl cover is included to protect clean dishes from dust and water splashes while in storage. Everything comes together in this dolly to make the job of dish storage and transport easier so you can focus on more important service concerns.
