This is a really great machine, made by the manufacturer who is entrusted with providing dishwashers for the entire US Navy. It is durable and easy to clean and reassemble. The Temp-Guard feature ensures that the water will be 180 degrees for the final rinse, which is needed for proper sanitation. The one drawback is that some of the nozzles are made out of plastic, but they are cheap and easy to replace. The rest of the machine is stainless steel. Overall it is one of the best undercounter dishwashers on the market. Restaurants that have up to 100 seats and need high-temperature dishwashing will be very happy with this machine.

A: The incoming water pressure to the 30 Rack/Hr Undercounter Dishwasher (RL30) should be regulated if it is not between 15-20 psi. For best operation of the machine, the incoming water pressure should be regulated to 20 psi.

Q: What is the interior clearance of this dishmachine?
A: This Insinger 30 Rack/Hr Undercounter Dishwasher (RL30) will accept dishes that will fit into a 20" x 20" rack. The height clearance is 11 3/4" to keep items from hitting the sprayer bar.

Q: Does the pump only allow for detergent and rinse-aid or can you also hook up a sanitizer?
A: This Insinger 30 Rack/Hr Undercounter Dishwasher (RL30) is a high-temperature sanitizing machine and should never be used with sanitizing chemicals. Once chlorine reaches 140 degrees F it turns from a liquid to gas and that will damage the steel inside of the machine.
