Door-type dishwashers are popular choices in commercial kitchens, partly for the fact that they are convenient and easy to operate. Insinger models are fully automatic and employ timed wash and rinse cycles for the ultimate in efficiency and ease of use. Simply close the door, use the power on/off button and away you go, washing dishes with the efficiency and grace of a cowboy riding into the sunset.

When selecting a door-type dishwasher, be sure to specify the configuration you want. In other words, determine how you want the dish machine to be arranged in your commercial kitchen. Some operators want their dirty dishes on a dishtable to the left of the dishwasher, and the clean dishes to come out on the right. Others require a corner model so they can install their machine right in a corner.
