IFN Green (24-2000)
We purchased 1500 of these environmentally friendly disposable IFN Green 29 oz EATware Lunch Box Bottoms. The IFN Green website advertises the product to be sturdy, strong, freezer safe, steamer safe, oven safe, and able to hold hot liquids. We tried to use these products but they are brittle and when the container comes into contact with water the fibers begin to flake apart into the food.

We start with a fresh baked roll with the student’s choice of meats and cheeses and then toast it and put it on the bamboo tray and they top it from our toppings bar. It meets our compostable standards! The shipping is much faster than I ever expected.

The plate sections help with the meal presentation. The greatest thing about this plate is that it is "green"-biodegradable.

IFN Green (29-3005)
Was looking for a medium size paper plate to hold a fairly heavy amount of food. Styrofoam and paper were flimsy and couldn't handle the food. This product is coated and strong enough not to bend with the weight we put on it. Would definately recomend this product.

IFN Green (29-2003)
I tried to go "green" with these, but you can only put in dry leftovers, as the container gets very soggy.
IFN Green (29-2008) - 8" Three Compartment Bagasse Clamshell

These clamshells were as described. Food soaked through a bit, but not terribly. They closed fine. I used them for a fundraiser for 400 people. With that amount, it was great knowing that they were biodegradable! As a bonus, they were wrapped in a minimal amount of packaging.
