"water quality in some areas is super poor. A specially in my area. that's why a water filter is a must for proper ice machine operation. This filter is easy to install and the filters are easy to change out. The wall mount and fittings are pretty strait forward. A simple addition. "

"The product is used in our back facility and rental area along with the ice machine. The ice appears to be good and clear. The unit is in line with the water supply. Delivery was very fast and there was no damage to the filter. At this time, the unit has only been in operation for less than 3 weeks."

"Ice machine and filter are working flawlessly. We have owned them for about 2 months and have no issues so far. With 15 two to three man field crews each filling up water coolers and ice chests we have had no problems with running out of ice. We are located in the deep south where the temperatures and humidity are high. We are very happy with our purchase."

"The filter system is an essential part of the ice maker set up. It provides very clear water to ensure both high quality ice as well as reducing build up in the ice maker system. The unit is very versatile in how/where you can install it, and is of a very high quality. The actual filter unit change is very simple with isolation valves so that you can do it yourself, no plumber costs!"

"We bought this product along with our ice machine. What attracted me to this product was the warranty for this ice machine, adding to the already in place warranty. It was very easily installed. There are no questions to when the filter needs to be changed because it is equipped with a guage showing when to replace it."

"We purchased the Ice-O-Matic for our school and need to change the filters on a regular basis. Our school well water is terrible. The filter works great. There is no iron taste in the cubes. The filter is so easy to change a grade schooler can do it. Your customer service people are a pleasure to deal with."
