This ICE0606FA machine from Ice-O-Matic is a neat choice for busy bars or restaurants. It has a daily yield of 706 pounds of ice, which is a good size unit if your establishment has around 120 seats. It makes full size cubes, a good option for profitability when serving drinks because they take up more room in a glass than a half size cube. I really like this unit because it has filter-free air ventilation. Many ice machines use filters, which can be time-consuming to clean. Any feature that saves me time is a feature that I enjoy, particularly in a busy commercial kitchen setting.
