It also features automatic defrost that is controlled by a time clock. The unit utilizes the Copevap system which eliminates the need for a condensate pan and prevents any extra-added moisture affecting the quality of your meats. Two rows of T12 lighting at the top of the unit to provide a great look at the product. The case has designer white exterior front and ends, as well as a heavy gauge stainless steel top that is 19-1/2” wide for a great look and functionality.
