The unit utilizes the Copevap system which eliminates the need for a condensate pan and prevents any extra-added moisture affecting the quality of your meats. The case has designer white exterior front and ends, as well as a heavy gauge stainless steel top that is 20” wide for a supremely great look and functionality.
