The machine is quiet and very efficient. The ice is hard and clear and holds up well to heat. I package shrimp and fish for wholesale and retail. I am very pleased with the product. The machine makes enough ice in a 24 hour period for me to be able to turn it off several times a week.

Fits onto a Manitowac bin with 3 inch overhang. Works fine with the non-Hoshizaki bin. Delivery from Food Service Warehouse was relatively pain free, but call the courier before the arrival date to ensure that they make a delivery appointment - no one else will do this for you.
