Hatco Heated Cabinets

The Hatco heated cabinets are available in full- and half-height models. They all have wheels so you can easily move the food to different parts of the kitchen. All of the cabinets have insulated side walls for increased energy efficiency and heat retention. Those cabinets that are in the Flav-R-Savor series have field reversible doors, so you can change the door swing if the current configuration does not suit your needs.

Humidity control is another important feature of most of the Hatco heated cabinets. Using a water pan, the cabinets are able to maintain a certain humidity level. This helps prevent stored foods from drying out. However, you will want to properly regulate the humidity level, because if it is too high, the food can become soggy and unappetizing.
