The Hatco chip warmers are designed specifically to hold and merchandise bulk chips. They have special duct work that heats the chips from the bottom up and circulates the warm air throughout the chips. This helps preserve the natural oils of the chips, so they do not dry out or go stale. The warmers have two access doors, one on the top for loading chips, and one on the bottom to dish out chips for the next order of nachos. The cabinet also features a shatter-resistant incandescent light and back-lit sign to increase product visibility.
