We use this in concession stands in a hockey arena and it keeps the pizzas hot and fresh for a good hour. It is a quality product for the price! It was shipped fast and packed very well. I currently have 2 of these units but very well may add a couple more.

We just replaced our old Hatco strip heater with this item. After using our old Hatco for ten years every day it was a work horse. There was no question that we had to have another Hatco. Our new Hatco is working great and we are installing a new 48" Hatco strip heater in another one of our kitchens this month.

We bought this UGFF 750 W Ultra-Glo® Food Warmer for our fry items. Its work great and it keeps all of our fried items warm and they stay crispy. It was easy to install, we did not need to hire an electrician to hook it up for us. We have saved money by not having to buy the light bulbs anymore. We strongly recommend this item.

It was just what I was looking for as far as the size and dimensions. Heating elements work well so far. I like how it is the flat version of the bulb heat lamp fixture, provides plenty of heat for what I am trying to keep warm. We were able to mount it easily to a shelf.

If you are doing a pizza buffet this is a terrific item to warm your pizza and looks great. Hatco is an outstanding name in the food service business. As a restaurant equipment dealer I have recommended Hatco to many restaurant owners to use in the holding methods for their food production.

Good looking unit. Thin, but should be thinner, i.e. 1.5" in depth. We like the temperature selection knob. I suggest you offer the food warmer in black, in oder to hide or camouflage unit. Also suggest a top mounted electrical connection within the unit so that you do not have an industrial looking box exposed.

I like the dual temp. controls. The small foodprint is also very nice. I find it very slow and have had some minor problems with ith overheating and shutting off. We have moved the location of the toaster and it seems to have taken care of the overheating,
