This was the first time I used this product and it exceeded my expectations. We used hundreds of these steam pans with baking spray to bake off 500 chocolate cakes. The cakes came out the the pan perfectly, leaving no cake behind. We will continue using these pans on a yearly basis. Thank you for selling such great products.

These are better quality than those you can find at Costco or Restaurant Depot. Not sure if they're cheaper with shipping but they seem to last longer and are good for multiple use. I just wish you sold the lids that should go with them for easier transportation.
