Can this mixer really handle bread dough? What about bagel dough?
This Globe 8 qt Countertop Planetary Mixer (SP8) can handle bread dough, even bagel dough but at a limited capacity because of the density. It can take a maximum of 2 pounds of dough being mixed for 7 minutes before it needs a cool-down.
