Thanks for being interested in an update to our purchase of our griddle. Once it was up and running it performed wonderfully. The extra cooking surface was great. Although it was suppose to be readied for propane it was not, however after some effort all was changed except for the regulator which never did function effectively. We reordered a new one and that as well shut-off everytime we opened our propane tank. We converted the inside of the regulator from Natural Gas to propane but that still did not help. Once we added a new propane regulator everything functioned properly

This fryer was installed the day we got it and has worked great. The recovery time is better than the Wells fryer we had been using previously. The price on this item is extremely competitive and weighed in my decision to buy it. I would definitely do so again.

I have been very pleased with this product. I especially like the "tare" feature. I'm not sure how or if it can be calibrated by the user. I get a lower weight than my butcher does but I guess he has a "seller's" scale and I have a "buyer's" scale. I also like the removeable stainless steel cover, it makes cleanup a breeze. I would definitely reccommend this product to the home cook. I mainly have used mine for sausage making, weighing meat and seasonings for accurate recipes.

We have a Mexican restaurant and we need so much rice. We fry apart with vegetables and cook as directed. So happy this machine is so easy to use and to clean, and works really great! The rice is cooked in 45 min, and keeps warm and moist for 8 hours. So helpful!!!!!

Product is ideal for our fraternity house kitchen. We use this press primarily for hot lunches, sometimes up to three times per week. The press allows us to easily meet our tight schedule while producing a great food product for the tenants. It is easy to use, easy to maintain, a great value and helps to make sandwiches that are hot and tasty.

Slicer works great, ease in cleaning is satisfactory but not great. Material is easy to clean and helps in the ease of the meat product to glide easily. Wish the automatic option was available for this model. Will be considering another slicer from this company. Possibly looking at an automatic model.

Product is great!! We use it constantly, everyday in our bakery for cream cheese, buttercreams, peanut butter, merungues...It never lets us down...even under heavy use. I would recommend it to anyone in the industry. It's the best mixer we've had so far!

There are quite a few features about this scale that work out great for me, working in a small area as I do. It is easliy accessible, it is easy to store, and it does not take up a lot of room. I like that you can run it on electric or batteries, which is nice because you dont have to be near an electrical outlet to use it. It is very easy to use. It is also very easy to clean.

The Globe scale is economical, easy to use, portable and easy to clean. We use the power cord but like the flexibility of being able to use a battery. The flat, removable stainless tray and the tare option allow us to weigh various containers easily.

The scale is light, accurate and not expensive. Our portion accuracy dictates the quality of our product and the accuracy of our bottom line. An underweight product cheats our customers as an overweight product cheats our profit. I highly recommend this product.
