This recessed drainboard features the same drain pan with perforated insert as standard drainboards, but the work surface is set lower to allow for glassware stacking. A second layer of glassware is added after placing the perforated shelf on top of the first layer of glassware. This glassware stacking configuration works best with one style or size of glasses. The side profiles of this model have been specially designed to align with other back bar equipment that features a single speed rail.
