This unit has a simple to use design with recessed protected controls. It is 15 inches wide, which means it can fit on a variety of countertops. The front is constructed from stainless steel and the sides are painted black. This Garland hot plate was designed for high volume foodservice operations and can withstand a chef’s daily use.
