The 35 Rack/Hr High Production Undercounter Dishwasher (FI-64W) from Fagor is as handy as it is versatile. In addition to being constructed with both durability and reliability in mind, this unit can be used as either a glasswasher or a dishwasher. This saves valuable floor space in any foodservice operation from c-stores to cafes. It also has two wash settings which provide flexibility, depending on the items you are washing in your specific application. The high temperature sanitizing rinse protects dishes and glassware from harmful chemicals and leaves them dryer and cleaner than conventional sanitizing methods. One flat dishrack and one peg rack are included with this stainless steel model.
