"Heats very evenly. No problems (yet) with warping on high heat. Not non-stick but like all SS is relatively easy to deglaze and clean. Interior and exterior have a "mill finish" not highly polished, which I do like. Handles stay relatively cool to the touch. The Vollrath - 3911C 11" Optio™ Cover I got to mate with it is a perfect fit and good heavy quality. (lid handle does get hot) I use it for braising and stir-fry on the range top and in the oven. Price and performance are very good."

"This is a fantastic product for its price, i made some braised beef short ribs in this brazier pot couple days ago and it was just outstanding. The brazier pan has an aluminum clad bottom which is quite thick. I used other eurodib products in past and they are just great quality."

"Although this is listed as a brazier, it serves well as a Dutch Oven. I use it primarily to cook pasta. Even when filled with boiling water, the metal handles stay cool. It's nice to be able to take a pot to the sink without having to first find pot holders or towels, which could easily get wet when draining hot water. The 11" opening and nearly 8 quart capacity means you can easily cook two or three pounds of pasta with the pan feeling crowded or having water splashing when trying to stir."

"I bought this for a pot to boil bagels. The size and price were right. I also wanted a heavy stew pot that was wider than than high. This is a nice heavy, well constructed pot. Cannot see the difference fron SS pots that are three times the price."
