Water Boilers

Restaurants, coffee shops or other establishments that want to provide individual servings of hot tea will want a water boiler on hand. These units do just what their name suggests. They boil water which is then dispensed from a spigot. The capacity requirements depend on how much boiling water you want to have on hand all day long.

At the end of the day, you will want to empty all of the water out of the boiler and wipe down the inside. This will help reduce calcium and lime buildups inside the unit. You may also want to use a mild detergent for a more thorough cleaning. If you do use soap, be sure to rinse it several times, lest your guests’ tea develop a slight soapy taste.
