Tortilla Warmers

Tortilla warmers are usually placed on a counter or tabletop close to the ingredient pans. The shells are warmed and immediately loaded up with food items so the customer gets the warmers tortilla possible. You will want to consider the overall dimensions of the warmer when selecting a model. This will determine the amount of countertop space you need as well as how many shells you can warm at once.

If, for some reason, you want to use the warmer for something other than tortillas, be sure it is not a food that produces grease. The grease will soak in to the warmer plate and can add off-tastes to the tortilla shells.
