The choice between doors and drawers depends upon how you want to store your extra ingredients. Whichever type you select, be sure to allow enough space for proper airflow wherever there are vents. The vents are there to help cool the compressor motor, so blocking them can lead to costly equipment repairs if the compressor ceases to work. One way around the side clearance issue is to look for models that have vents in the front.
