Ribbon / Sheet Slicers

Ribbon and sheet slicers feature a hand crank, gravity blade and rotating food clamp. You secure the food within the clamp which is turned by the handle. Once the food item is secured, you lower the slide the blade down the rods until it contacts the food. As you rotate the handle, the peels the food into one long sheet. The blade simply slides further down the guide rods as the fruit or vegetable becomes thinner. Once complete, you can cut the ribbon into whatever strip sizes you desire, discard the core and start over.
