The holding temperature range for the refrigerated bakery display cases is pretty much identical to regular cooling units (between 38 and 40 °F). This is important to consider if you are planning on storing ice cream cakes in the unit because the cake will start to melt at these temperatures.

You will also want to check the exterior dimensions of the unit, the width most especially, because this will let you know that the case will fit in the available space. Each case also comes with a number of shelves. These shelves can be set at an angle to better display your products. Additional shelves are usually obtainable if so needed.
