Pizza Warmers

Proper food warming is definitely a food safety issue. Pizza is usually stored between 140 and 160 degrees Fahrenheit in order to be considered safe and outside of the Danger Zone. This heat must be controlled constantly. Too much heat drives the moisture out of the food, causing it to actually get cooler faster. Excessive heat may continue cooking the food, which can cause scorched, dry and unappetizing food for the customer.
Too little heat, on the other hand, leaves the food susceptible to bacterial growth and means that the customer will receive a cool or even cold product. Use a pizza warmer like the ones you see here to be sure that your pizzas are always at the right temperature, ensuring that they maximize flavor, moisture and above all, safety for your customers.
