Pig roasters are large enough to accommodate an entire hog carcass. They have either a single hook or several skewers on which the meat is hung. Various drawers are available to add smoking chips and catch dripping juices. They also have a chimney or flue to allow smoke to escape and tempt passersby. Be sure to check the overall size of the cabinet because they are rather large, and you will need sufficient space on all sides to accommodate fuel tanks and allow the door to open fully.
