Outdoor charbroilers usually do not come with a cover. You will need to determine whether you want to do open grilling or have the lid closed. You will also want to consider the overall width of the unit because it will indicate how much space the unit will need. The width will also indicate how many burners there are. Usually there is one burner for every 8 to 10 inches. Each burner is controlled separately, so you can have only a couple of burners going during slow periods, or fire them all up at once to stay ahead of the rush.
