Hot Top Ranges

There are both gas and electrically powered hot top ranges. The type you need depends on your current or intended utility hookups. For electrical applications, several different voltage options are available. If selecting gas, be sure that the inlet size is compatible with your restaurant.

If you do not intend to do any baking under the range, you can simple opt for a storage cabinet. For baking and roasting applications both convection and radiant ovens are an option. Radiant ovens simply heat up the chamber to cook the food. For a more efficient cooking form, convection technology utilizes a fan to move air around the compartment and “strips off” the cold layers on the food.
