Hot Food Display Cases

Dry heat tends to produce dry foods, especially if those foods are going to be in a display case all day long, and dried out food is unappealing. As a way to keep foods warm and moist, several hot food display cases have controlled humidity. They have a water pan and separate humidity control dial to help maintain and regulate the cabinet. Of course, the water pan will have to be filled and refilled for it to serve its purpose.

The exterior dimensions and number of shelves are also important specifications to consider. The dimensions will tell you how much countertop space is needed. The number of shelves will give you an idea of how much food you can display at once. There are usually a number of separate shelf slides for a customized interior. Most shelves can be set at an angle as well, to increase product visibility.
