It is also important to note that because gelato can be created in so many different flavors, usually only half-size batches are displayed at one time in the gelato display case so that you can display a wider selection of flavors. To accommodate this method of exhibition, all of our exceptional gelato display cases are equipped with individual dividers for each pan rather than large baskets to accommodate traditional ice cream tubs. They also feature a lighted interior and a plastic channel to allow you to easily label all of the different flavors. Custom exterior colors are also available on many of our gelato display cases to match your establishment’s décor while still providing that distinct, Italian gelateria feel.
