Full Size Food Warmers

Capacity and size are the most important considerations when selecting a full size food warmer. The overall size will simply determine how much of your available countertop space it will take up. Though most units can hold a single full-size hotel pan that is up to six inches deep, some units are longer and can hold more. Standard size pans will hold about 22 quarts. Warmers that can hold more will probably be a little longer or have a different configuration. The pans themselves are usually not included, so you will want to make sure you have some on hand or acquire them before using the warmer. The warmer itself is designed to hold water only, not food.
