Electric Juicers

Most electric juicers are designed for multiple food types, like tomatoes, oranges and carrots. These are ideal for operations that will be serving a wide variety of juices. There are also some models that are only designed for citrus fruits and are ideally placed in kitchens that serve fresh squeezed juice with breakfast.

Whichever type you need, be sure to consider the overall dimensions of the unit and make sure you have enough available countertop space to accommodate its size. Obviously, the higher capacity, more powerful models are larger than those intended for minimal juicing tasks. You will also want to remember to clean the juicer after each use. Though most of the components are plastic and stainless steel, acidic fruits and vegetables can eventually eat away at the metal components.
