Drawer Warmers

There can be anywhere from one to four drawers on a drawer warmer. Each drawer has its own temperature control knob. One feature to look for that may not be on every warmer is drawer vents. These flaps can be opened and closed with a sliding knob. Venting is ideal if placing freshly baked bread or other hot items directly in the warmer because the items can become soggy if they are packed directly into an enclosed space after cooking.
