Cold Drink Dispensers

The number of compartments simply indicates how many different beverages flavors you can sell at once. Each compartment will have its own dispenser. The compartment capacity is measured in Liters, since this is the most common unit for measuring bulk beverages. To easily convert to other common units, remember there are approximately 34 liters in an ounce or 3.8 liters in a gallon.  

The overall dimensions will tell you how much space you will need on the counter or tabletop. Be sure there is an outlet nearby, because these units do have built-in refrigeration units to keep the drinks cold. An additional specification to look at is the height to the dispenser. This tells you how much clearance there is between the drip tray and spigot and will help determine the tallest cup that can be used.
