This electric convection oven is just one-quarter the size of a standard convection oven, so it can easily fit on a countertop, but it still comes with all of the baking power and advanced features of its larger counterparts. It features powerful, 3kW heating elements, for example and a unique air-flow design that helps ensure even baking and perfect browning. It even comes with two overhead, quartz heating elements allowing you to broil as well as bake in the oven.
