In order to meet ENERGY STAR specifications, high temperature, single tank conyevor dishwashers must have an idle rate of no more than 2.0 kW, and a water consumption rate of no more than 1.79 gallons per rack. Low-temp, single tank conveyor dishwashers must have an idle rate of 1.6 kW max and use no more than 0.790 gal/rack. High-temp, multi-tank conveyor dishwashers are to have a maximum idle rate of 2.6 kW and consume no more than 0.540 gallons of water per rack. Low-temp, multi-tank conveyor dishwashers are to have an idle rate of no more than 2.0 kW and a maximum water consumption of 0.540 gal/rack.
