Countertop Convection Oven Models

  • Ideal for smaller establishments, such as convenience stores and quick service restaurants with little to no floor space for an oven.
  • Easy installation with no overhead vent requirements.
  • Electric power supply for easy plug-in installation and portability.
  • Variety of interior capacity ranging from four 9.5" x 13" cookie trays to eleven 13"x18" half-size sheet pans.
  • Model sizes vary from 18"to 36" wide (left to right) and 17" to 34" deep (front to back.)

Floor Convection Oven Models

Half-Size
  • Suitable for light duty applications and food products such as cookies, pastries, appetizers, or in any application where a full size oven won't physically fit or menu and volume dictate a smaller oven.
  • Model sizes vary from 24" to 36" wide (left to right) and 30" to 36" deep (front to back.)
  • Available with gas and electric power.
  • Variety of interior capacity ranging from 5 to 22, 13"x18" half size sheet pans.

Full-Size
  • Excellent fit for high-volume kitchens serving up to +/-250 servings per meal of roasted meat and vegetables, breads or large batch recipes.
  • Full-size units have the capacity to hold 10 to 26, 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans.
  • Model sizes vary from 36" to 42" wide (left to right) and 36" to 40" deep (front to back.)
  • Available with gas and electric power.

Bakery-depth

  • Ideal for high-volume caterers and bakeries or hotel kitchens with extra floor space to accommodate the large foot print of this oven.
  • Bakery-depth units have the capacity to hold 22 to 28, 18" x 26"full-size sheet pans and 44 to 56 13"x18" half-size sheet pans.
  • Model sizes vary from 40" to 75" wide (left to right) and 42" to 54" deep (front to back.)
  • Available with gas and electric power.
  • Suitable for high-volume bakeries and food-service operations.
