I use this product for a small catering business which I manage and it has worked quite well for evening meals to go. The larger compartment is perfect for a mian course and the small compartment for a side dish. The only complaint is that it doesn't seal so if you have a salad or anything that will wilt you need to wrap the whole package in something to keep it fresh. Small price to pay for a compostable package. It has worked well and I would recommend it to other catering services. It does struggle to keep its shape when something very hot is placed in it, therefore let things cool a bit.
