Eagle Underbar Equipment

Among the selection of Eagle underbar equipment there are cocktail units, ice chests and sinks. The Eagle cocktail units are used to store both drink mix and ice for cocktails and mixed drinks. Depending on the unit’s size, you can store either six or eight bottles of mix and 60 or 75 pounds of ice. These units also have beverage-grade cold plates circuits mounted to the bottom of the ice bowl. You can easily attach these circuits to a soda gun and forego the need for cooling the soda canisters.

If you need more than 75 pounds of ice on hand, Eagle also has separate chests available for storing ice only. Capacities can reach over 100 pounds. The ice can be used to either store drinks or for beverage ice, but they cannot be used for both. If you store bottles in the ice, that ice cannot be used in drinks due to a high risk of contamination.

Another staple piece of equipment found in most bars is a short, three-bowl sink that is used to manually wash glasses and other barkeeper tools. Each of the units has stainless steel bowls and a 4 ½” high backsplash. Each bowl also comes with a removable standpipe that acts as both a drain cover and an overflow tube.
