This model features the ability to hold humidity levels for up to four hours without refilling the reservoir. Additionally, this heated/proofing cabinet has a digital control system as well as two 100-watt heating elements, one for heated air and one for humidity control. The versatility and accuracy of this cabinet will add a professional touch to your foodservice operation.
