Eagle food bars that are designed to keep hot foods hot have separate heated wells each with its own control knob. This allows an establishment to display foods that may require a slightly different holding temperature. Cold food models only have one well that has either has is designed to hold packed ice and several different pan sizes. Remember that the hot tables need to be located near an electrical outlet.
