This is a solid product. It is industry standard, so there’s nothing tricky to watch out for. It uses 120 volts, so you will not have to worry about whether it works with your electrical system. This unit comes with an undershelf for easy storing of plates and other necessities. It also has a workshelf so you can cut on it without dulling your knives, which is handy. Caterers will like the option to add casters to this unit. One thing to keep in mind is that it does require spillage pans, which are not cheap, but they do ensure even heating. This unit has a good price point and a lead time of only about 1-2 business days. This product is good for most restaurants. It is also very useful for school cafeterias, catered events, and buffets because you can add sneeze guards and either take the food table around a room, or use it in a self-serve application.
