We are happy with our new oven. One comment-The cookies in the middle of the sheet pans that are in the middle of the oven seem to get darker then the rest of the cookies.

Many of Doyon’s convection ovens feature a patented technology called Jet Air, which revolutionized the way convection ovens cook with hot air. Their technology allows for uniform cooking of the product, from muffins to French fries, without the worry of your food being ruined by the fast moving air. The fan automatically reverses after two and a half minutes to provide an even cook throughout the product without needing to turn the product. It also moves air at a lower speed to prevent spoiling the most delicate baked goods.
