When selecting table linens and coverings, it is important to consider color, durability and how they are cleaned, so your linens will match your concept and withstand the heavy use of a food service establishment.

Good restaurant table linens should be durable, soft, absorbent and lightweight. They come in many different colors and patterns, so finding something that will match your décor is a relatively easy task. Though white is a common color in fine-dining establishments and goes with anything, white tablecloths will stain easily.
