With most textile or clothing options, there are several different colors to suit your specific needs. White and black are the most popular choices because they go with any outfit or décor. If you do select white, however, you will want to make sure they are laundered regularly and kept free of stains.
The style of apron you need depends primarily on the intended function. Servers usually need half-size aprons with a couple of pockets. Full-length, or bib aprons are usually used by food prep or kitchen employees who tend to make more of a mess of themselves. There are also bar and bistro aprons that cover everything from the waste down.
