Pepper Mills

Pepper mills have a storage compartment for whole pepper corns as well as a turning mill that grinds the pepper. The pepper mill can be used by holding it upside-down or right-side-up, depending on the model, and there is usually a way to make the pepper especially fine or coarse.  Choose something in a rustic wood design, modern stainless steel or stylish glass construction. For tabletop products, something on the smaller side tends to be more appropriate, such as a six inch tall or eight ounce tall model. If you need a pepper mill specifically for servers to use at the table, choose a ten or twelve inch pepper mill. The bigger size adds more character and is also easier for servers to aim at a guest’s plate.
