Candles

Restaurant operators use candles for a variety of reasons, but mainly to create a memorable ambience in their dining space. Capable of creating a mood, setting the tone and bringing other euphemisms to life, candles create light and shadows to create a special feel in all types of restaurants. Although you will not see them in fast food chains or in most quick service establishments, many casual dining and fine dining restaurant rely on them for that extra something special. Some restaurants will use candles on special occasions, such as Valentine’s dinner. After all, where is the romance if there is no candle-light dinner?
