"This is an excellent spatula for frying and for flipping hamburgers, eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc. This type spatula is commonly used by professional cooks; however it is not readily aviailable in most retail stores. The quality of this cooking tool is superb and it is made in the USA. "

"My wife love this. The reason for finding it was - you simply can't find small metal spatulas. Especially with wood handles. She still has a similar spatula from her mother. I probably won't be able to let you know if this one lasts as long."
