This 3 1/2" Paring Knife - Sani-Safe® Series (S104SC-PCP) from Dexter-Russell is built to be both extremely durable and sanitary. An impervious handle to blade seal eliminates hiding spots for germs and bacteria and provides the highest sanitary standards. The handle is textured and slip-resistant to provide cooks with a comfortable and safe grip and the polypropylene stands up to both high and low temperatures. The blade itself is made from stain-free high carbon steel that is individually ground and honed to an extremely sharp edge that is perfect for the detailed cutting, slicing and garnishing that is expected from a paring knife.

"These knives cannot be beat! We had purchased 2 of them at a Boat show, and had lost one. I was so pleased that I found Food Service Warehouse, and that they were available for purchase. Thus, we purchased 2 more to give us a set of 4. Wish they were cheaper and could purchase, at least, a complete set of 6 or 8. We used them daily. Great for steak, etc."

"Love this Dexter paring knife. It's super sharp, makes super thin slices. Handle easy to grip, well balanced. If you're not used to using a sharp knife, be careful as even the tip is very sharp. I bought one 25 years ago that I'm still using - it's pretty worn but despite the knicks and broken tip it's one of my favorite knives."
